Our Process

From initial consultation to final reveal, our process is thoughtfully designed to create functional, beautifully refined spaces without the stress.

Consultation

Schedule your virtual, no- obligation consultation via Google Meet, to tell us more about your project, discuss budget and availability to schedule an in-person consultation. The 1 hr. in-person consultation will consist of a tour of your spaces, assessing your needs, gathering measurements and photos and product style preferences. If you decide to book with us, your $100 consultation fee is credited towards your project.

Proposal & Design

Within 24-48 hours of your consultation, a custom proposal and design board for each space will be sent to you, providing a visual of product selections for each space and outlining costs for your project. Once approved, you’ll sign our Service Agreement, place your 50% deposit and be officially on our schedule.

Project Proparation

A dedicated Team lead oversees your project, ensuring every detail from your consultation is communication to the organizing team. We handle all logistics in advance, including sourcing products, ordering supplies and scheduling vendors. You receive scheduling reminders leading up to your project start date.

Organizing

On your project day, our team arrives ready to refine your space! The Team Lead will direct the process and delegate tasks to ensure efficient, high-quality work. The organizing team primarily works independently, but will adhere to client’s presences, for communication, item placement and editing/donating.

After, editing, organizing, installing products and providing customized labeled systems, you’ll receive a final walkthrough with the team to ensure it exceeds your expectations.

Post Project

You’ll receive a final invoice detailing team hours and products used. Your deposit will be applied with the remaining balance due within 2 days. We will email you recommendations on how to maintain your space, along with information on our Refresh service. Leave us a 5-Star Google Review and receive $50 off of our Refresh service.
